How long does it take?
Most websites are completed within around 14 days, depending on your requirements. I'll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where things are at.
Do I need to pay upfront?
You can choose between a one-time setup fee with a lower monthly cost, or a simple monthly plan with no upfront cost — whichever suits your cash flow.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans have a minimum 6-month term, then continue month-to-month. If a plan is cancelled within the minimum term, the remaining balance for that period is required.
Are setup fees refundable?
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover the time and work involved in building your website.
What happens after I submit the form?
I'll review your brief and get back to you within 24 hours with a clear plan and next steps for your website.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. Everything is handled for you — from setup to ongoing support. If you need anything updated or changed, just message me and I'll take care of it.
What happens if I decide to stop?
No problem — you're not locked in. If you're on a monthly plan, the website is part of the ongoing service and remains active while you're on the plan. If you chose a one-time build, you'll have access to your website code, along with your domain, email, and any systems set up for your business.
What happens to my domain and email?
Your domain and email are set up for your business and remain yours. Access and ownership can be transferred at any time if needed.
Do you only work with Auckland businesses?
No — I work with businesses anywhere in NZ. Most of the process happens over email, calls, and screen-share, so location doesn't matter.
